Fourth Gen Eddie Bauer: 28-Mile 1988 Ford Bronco

Why We Like It

The Eddie Baur Edition Broncos were a big hit for Ford, with the top-of-the-line trim package being offered on three different generations from 1985 through 1996. This truck is finished in the less common Alpine Green Metallic with Light Saddle lower rockers and pin striping, and the trim package included an outdoor-themed interior with bucket seats wrapped in cloth upholstery, faux wood trim on the dash, a tachometer, power windows and locks, and a skid plate for the transfer case.

A Rough Country lift kit has been added to this Bronco, giving it about 2” of additional ride height. All Eddie Bauer Editions from this generation came equipped with the 351ci Windsor V8 paired with an automatic transmission, push-button 4WD, independent front suspension, and a solid rear axle. The seller’s asking price is reasonable given the low mileage, and this truck seems to be screaming for a new owner to take it on a fishing trip to a lake, camping trip with the family, or hunting trip in the back country.
