Featuring under 23k documented miles, the seller is claiming 100% originality including paint, interior, tires, belts, hoses, spark plugs/wires, as well as the window sticker, bill of sale, manuals, and tools. Sure, you might want to switch out the tires, belts, plugs, etc. - but don’t throw them away! Collectors go nuts for all those original bits.
The car has the venerable 351ci Cleveland V8 engine, but the seller doesn’t declare if it’s the 168 or 264hp version, while Hagerty gives the latter about a 20% boost in value. We see regular old, restored Mach 1s occasionally bring $35k at auction and don’t see any reason this one shouldn’t bring that much or more, leading us to declare it ‘Well Bought’.
