When Volkswagen released its new Vanagon in 1979, few, if any, of the product planners at Wolfsburg could have possibly envisioned the enduring influence and appeal VW’s new van would have on the public imagination. While most performed yeoman duty hauling families or representing countless businesses and were well used with huge mileage readings and gaining the battle scars to go with them, this 1985 Vanagon is a wonderfully well preserved, presented, and maintained example with a crazy low 25k miles of careful use!
Last registered back in 1993, this 1985 Volkswagen Vanagon is understood to look, drive, and run virtually as new, with factory A/C that blows cold!
As the seller relates, they purchased the Vanagon two years ago from the original owner’s estate and they had it transported to their favored mechanic do a total inspection plus recommission to make it 100% roadworthy.
